I only wash my hair once a week, sometimes twice a week depending on hair products I usually let it dry natural so I don’t use heat on it all the time but when I do, I also use a heat protectant. I love frownies. Pared with my benzonite clay mask, and I make pork tallow for skin moisturizer. Look into it, our skin can better absorb tallow than it can oils. I work at a butchers so I get pure beef or pork fat I render into tallow. Pork tallow is so much silkier than beef. I also use it to cook with. I put it on my scalp and ends. It’s amazing
